Cody Fraser
President and Co-Founder
As a Millwright with over 20 years in skilled trades, Cody has worked on oil rigs, in lumber mills, and most recently at coal mining sites across Western Canada. Frustrated by the challenges of managing complex projects and ensuring safety while consistently needing to secure a full crew, he co-founded Reliance Industrial Projects.
The company was born from a vision to provide reliable, safety-first tradespeople for maintenance shutdowns and critical staffing demands. Cody understands the challenges of the industry firsthand and is committed to guiding his clients towards successful, stress-free project completions. At Reliance Industrial Projects, Cody isn't just the co-founder; he's also onsite, working alongside the crew.

Pricing
Our pricing for skilled trades labour follows a cost model, with daily or weekly rates that decrease as the volume of work increases. We offer discounts for prepayment or if payment is made in full within 5 days, providing additional savings.
For urgent scheduling, we apply a premium to cover the quick mobilization of resources. Non-urgent jobs benefit from more economical rates.
Additionally, for out-of-town work, we charge a truck and live-out allowance, passed directly to you at cost for complete billing transparency.
